Thank you for shopping with Appliance extras. By ordering a product with us, you accept the these Terms & Conditions. Home Appliance Spares and Repairs reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. You should check regularly these Terms and Conditions before ordering. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
Product Specifications and Suitability
We do our best to ensure that you will receive the correct item. Sometimes, however, mistakes are made and Appliance extras can not be held responsible for the accuracy or otherwise of any advice given regarding the item. If you do receive the incorrect items we will of course do our very best to rectify the situation.
Availability / Estimated Delivery Times
We do our very best to ensure that all our spares are available and dispatched to you within 1-2 working days. Sometimes a delay may occur, perhaps the items you require are out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you immediately. Sometimes we may have to cancel your order because the item that you wanted is obsolete and no longer available. When this is so we will let you know straight away and offer you an alternative if one is available. When you have ordered several items, all the items that are in stock will be dispatched immediately and any part which is out of stock will be sent separately. You will not be charged for delivery in this case.
Payment
Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will, of course, be happy to make a refund as appropriate.
Delivery
Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky or fragile products will be shipped via private courier. If the unlikely event that you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time and have not been contacted by us regarding a delay to your order please contact our customer services department, quoting your order number. If the parcel gets returned to us due to you not collecting from the post office you will be charge delivery again.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items, unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Faulty and incorrect goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all applicable packaging intact. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.
