Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Appliance Extra's aim to supply you with the correct accessories that you requested for your electrical goods. In the event that we send you the incorrect parts or the parts we send to you are faulty, please contact us immediately via e-mail or post. We will, of course, locate the correct spares or replace any faulty item. Having received the incorrect spares back from you, we will despatch the replacements to you. You will not have pay postage again unless you mistakenly ordered the incorrect parts in the first instance. If you have ordered the incorrect parts you will have to pay for the postage back to us, and you will be credited less our postage costs to you. In any event like this we will do our best to make sure that you are satisfied by the level of service we provide. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return also there is a 25% restocking charge if you don't cancel your order before dispatch.

Please make sure you have ordered the correct part, and make sure the part you are replacing is faulty before ordering or a restocking charge may apply up to 25%. By checking the appliance make and model number match the part you need. Its your responsibility to order the correct part.

Returns Authorisation

No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation, this authorisation number must be clearly included with the returned item without defacing or damaging the item or its packaging - please do not write directly on the item's package. Items without a returns authorisation cannot be accepted and may be disposed of. Unwanted goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging and in a resalable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery to you. All the returns are the responsibility of the customers, a restocking charge may apply up to 25%.

How refunds are calculated

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund will be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product has been returned.

Goods That are Not Returnable

Items that you received more than 7 days ago.

Items not returned in the condition they were received.

Items that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorisation.

Items that have obvious signs of use

Modules / PCB are Non Returnable

Modules are not under warranty by the OEM as their policy is central to the fact they are not present at the time of fitting and thus cannot assess the expertise of the fitter.
